Little sisters of the poor sacred heart residence is a nursing home found in 1655McGill Avenue, and according to the Medicare official website, it is a recommendable nursing home for an old individual who is expected to stay in a nursing home for a long timeFirstly, according to the fire and health inspections there has been zero deficiencies in this nursing home e.g. in pharmacy services, environmental, administration, nutrition and dietary. Even though the number of residents in this home is below the national average, the staff RN and LPN hours per resident per day are more is quite commendable. This nursing home also has never received any fines or denials in the past three years and has quality data and risk management measures. Sea Breeze Healthcare Center is a nursing home that does not live up to its name; it is located in 550 Congress Street in Mobile, Alabama. The health deficiencies in this nursing home are above the average of both Alabama and the Nation. The fire deficiencies are also high with the nursing home having complaints about it. The nursing does not have a family council, only a resident council. This nursing home has a high percentage for show stay residents who self-report moderate-severe pain, and a low percentage for short-stay residents assessed and given, appropriately, the seasonal influenza vaccine and pneumococcal vaccine.

Crowne Health Care of Springhill nursing home is one of the best in the Alabama area; it is located at 3712 Dauphin Street, in Mobile, Alabama. This nursing home has never had a federal fine in the last three years. Springhill Senior Residence in 3717 street Mobile, Alabama is not a recommendable nursing home for an elderly supposed to stay in a nursing home for a long time. The number of health deficiencies is higher than the National and Alabama average and they have had five complaints in the recent past about their health inspection. They have had three fire deficiencies which are quite high compared to other nursing homes in Mobile. The staff hours per resident per day in terms of RN, LPN, CAN, and physical therapy is quite low compared to other nursing homes. The percentage of short-stay residents who self-report moderate-severe pain and pressure ulcers is very high, while the percentage of the seasonal influenza vaccine and pneumococcal vaccine is very low. This facility has had on federal fine of $6,400 in the past three years.
